1. Who we are

Purrminal is made by Hiral Hirenkumar Shah ("we"). Questions: hello@purrminal.com.

2. Who sells to you

Paid items (Premium and coin packs) are sold by Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller to you, on behalf of Hiral Hirenkumar Shah. Dodo handles payment, taxes, invoices and refunds. Dodo's own terms apply to your purchase.

3. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Purrminal on your own PCs for your own use. Do not resell it, share your licence key publicly, or try to get around the licence checks.

4. Premium subscription

Premium costs $3.99 per month or $29 per year. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Every install also gets a free 14-day Premium trial.

5. Coin packs and coins

Coins are virtual items for use only inside the Purrminal app. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be cashed out or transferred. Every pet can be earned for free by playing, so buying coins is always optional.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Purrminal to break the law, to harm others, or to attack or reverse engineer our licence checks.

7. As is

Purrminal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We try hard, but we cannot promise it will be error free or always available. Purrminal works with Claude Code but is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. You stay responsible for the permission requests you approve.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Purrminal. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Purrminal after a change, you accept it.
