Refund Policy

14 days, no questions

You can get your money back within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, for:

• your first Premium payment (monthly or yearly), and
• any coin pack whose coins you have not used.

Cancel any time

You can cancel Premium whenever you like. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

How to ask

Email hello@purrminal.com with the email you paid with. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. It can take a few days to show up.

What happens after a refund

A refunded Premium licence stops working. A refunded coin pack cannot be redeemed. Coins from a refunded pack that you already used may be removed from your save.

Other problems

If something is broken, tell us first. We would rather fix it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
